2026-2027 Field Coordinator Meetings

Field Coordinator meetings will be held in person in Aderhold Hall across the 2026-2027 academic year. These meetings will continue to alternate with Program Coordinator meetings (which are held via Zoom). Our meetings will include opportunities for disseminating practices across programs, creating and sharing resources, discussing shared readings, and, where appropriate, collaborating with GAPSC leaders and faculty in other EPPS across the state. Field Coordinators should arrange for a colleague to attend any meeting that they cannot attend.

Meetings will be held from 2:15–3:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • September 17, 2026
  • November 12, 2026
  • December 3, 2026 (Only Job-Embedded Programs)
  • January 21, 2027
  • March 18, 2027
  • May 6, 2027 (Only Job-Embedded Programs)

University Supervisor Resources

University Supervisors are faculty, part-time instructors and doctoral students who are charged with supporting, coaching and providing feedback to teacher candidates engaged in field placements. They work closely with mentor teachers and, in the case of job-embedded placements, coordinate and facilitate meets of the Candidate Support Team.
