The web team handles most routine content updates within 1 business day. Note, however, that we only update pages that are under coe.uga.edu and resources.coe.uga.edu.
Also note that our web team is not authorized to make personnel additions/removals, changes to titles, or changes to offices/departments/unit affiliations unless they are sent directly from Human Resources.

Access a Shared Drive
Known as the “M” or “S” drives, these are accessible from both on- and off-campus. If you are connecting from off-campus, you must first connect via a VPN connection.
Server Addresses
Users wishing to connect to either of the shared drives from off-campus will need to utilize the UGA VPN service.

In the Finder menu bar select Go → Connect to Server.
Enter the appropriate server address in the Server Address field.
When prompted, enter your MyID credentials—you should specify your username as myid\username.
Windows
Open the Windows File Manager by clicking on the file folder icon on the taskbar.
Enter the appropriate server address in the address bar at the top of the window.
When prompted, enter your MyID credentials—you should specify your username as myid\username.

eLC Support
The Office of Information Technology offers several introductory workshops at the start of the Fall and Spring semesters. In these workshops, you will learn how to customize your system preferences, view a course from the student’s perspective, create a content structure, and add content to your course.
Drop-in workshops also take place 1:30-3:30 p.m. every Wednesday in Room 232 throughout the semester to assist faculty with individual issues related to eLC design functionality and teaching. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and resolve issues. Registration is not required.
